The Management Programme of Badisa invites suitably qualified candidates with the necessary experience to coordinate elderly- and disability care services.

We are looking for a passionate and proven leader of this field to join our senior team.  The appointed candidate will be responsible for the following:

The successful candidate must have a relevant degree or equivalent qualification, at least 5 years’ relevant experience in the field of service delivery to older persons and persons with disabilities, excellent facilitation skills, the ability to communicate at all levels, strategic thinking ability, the capacity to work within a team, as well as proven leadership qualities.

Strong computer skills with the ability to analyse data, generate reports, and support operational and strategic decision-making. Ability and willingness to travel to support and engage with facilities on-site.
