Huis Lettie Theron, a Badisa facility, has a vacancy for a Enrolled Nursing Auxiliary(ENA).
Requirements
- Proof of up-to-date registration with SANC (or e-register proof) and personal indemnity insurance
- Proof of relevant nursing qualification
- Must be fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
- Computer literacy would be an advantage
- Willingness to work shifts, as per the shift roster (includes day, night, weekends
- and public holidays)
- Very good communication, interpersonal, organisational and clinical skills
- The successful candidate must be able to work well within a team
- A valid Police clearance certificate
Responsibilities include:
- Supervision, coordination, delegation and follow-up of clinical and caring tasks and responsibilities
- Provision of support and guidance to reporting staff and family members of the residents
- Competency in related administration functions
- Must be able to work under pressure and deal with intricate incidents
