Herberg-Aan-See Home for the Elderly, Gansbaai is a programme of Badisa, a joint ministry action of the Dutch Reformed Church (Western Cape) and VGCSA (Cape).

Requirements and Experience:
- Registered with the SA Board of Nurses (SANC).
- Must be resident in the Gansbaai area and your own transport will be to your advantage.
- Nursing care: Application of quality medical services and care to older persons.
- Good knowledge of older persons’ physical and medical care.
- Strong leadership qualities and organizational ability.
- Good communication and observation skills.
- Staff Management: Managing of Carers and Nursing staff on scheduled shifts/rosters
- Administration and Record Keeping: Maintaining legislation, protocols, and procedures.
- Medication and infection control: Handling of resident’s medication in collaboration with Enrolled-Nurse (Sister).
Compensation:
We offer a negotiable salary, 13th cheque, medical and retirement scheme, as well as generous leave.
